105-years old woman reveals bear and single life as secret to her long life
An elderly woman has given some important advises on how to live longer on earth.

The aged woman, identified as Kathleen Hennings has celebrated her 105th birthday just days ago.
When asked about her secret to long life, she credited it to two simple things that she has been consistebtly doing.
According to her, her love for Guinness bear drinks, which she takes regularly and and staying single is the secret to her longitivity.
Born in Brixton in 1919, she marked this milestone at her care home in Cheltenham, raising a pint with friends and staff by her side.
She is Known for her fondness for the Irish stout, she was even gifted a Guinness-themed hamper on her special day.
She spent much of her life in London, working as an accountant and enjoying dance halls before moving to the Cotswolds in 1965.
Her care home manager shared how the team went above and beyond to make her day unforgettable.
Interestingly, while Guinness provides B vitamins and antioxidants, moderation is key.
