Ralph needs psychological help – NPP’s Osei Owusu
Subin NPP Constituency Secretary, Ralph Osei Owusu, has expressed strong concerns about the conduct of a young man identified as Ralph, whom he described as a staunch supporter of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Speaking on Wontumi TV’s morning show with host Kyeremateng Nkansah, Mr. Osei Owusu alleged that the young man often engages in unruly and criminal behavior in the name of supporting the NDC. He described these actions as “uncultured” and dangerous to public order.
According to him, the young man’s behavior shows signs of instability and requires urgent psychological assessment and support. He questioned why Ralph has not yet been arrested, particularly over a disturbing incident that reportedly occurred at the 37 Military Hospital in 2024, which he claimed led to the loss of several lives.
Mr. Osei Owusu further alleged that during the same incident, a nurse’s phone was stolen, noting that the Minister of Health later admitted the theft and promised to replace the device.
Commenting on more recent events, the Subin Constituency Secretary said Ralph’s alleged role in an operation at the Accra Regional Hospital was embarrassing for Ghana’s health sector. He warned that such actions could demoralize health professionals and push some to seek jobs outside the country, a development he described as dangerous for the nation’s healthcare system.
