Gospel musician Selina Boateng opens up on marrying again

Renowned Ghanaian gospel singer Selina Boateng has revealed her intention to remarry following her divorce from Isaac Berchie, which ended their six-year marriage.

The Minku Meho hitmaker recently confirmed that she is single, sparking mixed reactions on social media. While some critics condemned her decision, citing her role as a gospel minister, Selina says she remains unfazed by the backlash.

Speaking in an interview with Doreen Avio on Joy Prime, the gospel star confidently affirmed her readiness to settle down again.

“Selina, will you marry again?” the host asked in Akan.
“Yes, of course,” she replied with a smile.

While acknowledging that divorce is displeasing to God, Selina explained that sometimes, difficult circumstances leave individuals with no other choice.

“One thing God doesn’t like is divorce, but when you get to certain situations, you don’t have any option,” she shared.
