Married man in trouble after photos with student surface online

A married man has found himself in serious trouble after photos of him getting cozy with a female subordinate leaked online, amid his ongoing sexual harassment case.

The man, identified as Christopher Tendekayi Mundembe, the Human Resources Regional Manager at the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA), appears in the leaked photos with Tsakani Chauke, a Midlands State University student who recently completed her internship at the company.

Speaking to H-Metro, Mundembe explained,

“My mobile was stolen last week, and I am still trying to find out who leaked the photographs, as all my contacts received them. I replaced the line, and upon switching it on, I received several calls concerning the photos.”

Chauke also claimed she had no idea how the pictures were leaked, saying,

“I never asked him if he was married. We last communicated a long time ago, and I didn’t know he still had those photographs.”

Meanwhile, Mundembe is already facing sexual harassment charges involving another female student who was also on attachment at ZESA.

He allegedly invited the student into his office and demanded a hug. When she refused, he reportedly grabbed and fondled her breasts and buttocks without consent.
