Kofi Boat was arrested on Friday, June 13, 2025, in a joint operation involving Interpol and the FBI over an alleged $100 million fraud scheme. His supposed accomplices, Inusah Ahmed and Derrick Van Yeboah, were also picked up, while a fourth suspect, Patrick Kwame Asare, fled from authorities.

Kofi Boat has continued to deny involvement in the alleged fraud. His lawyers have also disputed the reported $100 million amount, insisting the real figure was closer to $300,000, which they claim came from legitimate business dealings.

During the latest episode of his show The Black Pot, Blakk Rasta spoke about the difficult conditions Kofi Boat and the others are facing in the US after their extradition. He said they all pleaded not guilty during their first court appearance in New York.

He further claimed the suspects are currently being kept in solitary confinement and that an inside source told him the case is looking worse for them. According to him, they may only get lighter sentences if they agree to a plea deal with U.S. prosecutors.

Blakk Rasta added that they are waiting for their next court appearance and that new incriminating evidence has reportedly surfaced…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
