Akosua Serwaa contemplating on apeal

Lawyer Kusi, counsel for the late Daddy Lumba’s wife, Akosua Serwaa, has revealed that plans are underway to file an appeal following the court’s recent judgment.

Speaking after the ruling on November 28, Lawyer Kusi confirmed that the court has recognised both Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni as wives of the late musician. He stated that although his team disagrees with the decision, they must respect the court’s final judgment.

“The court has spoken. And we are supposed to abide by the court’s judgment even though my team and I disagree with the decision of the court,” he said.

He further explained that he is yet to meet Akosua Serwaa and other key members of their team to discuss the next steps. According to him, an appeal is highly possible.

“So we will go and sit, and if we need to appeal, we will appeal. If we sit and think that we need to appeal, we will do that,” he added…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
