‘Mother Fucker’ will secure NPP’s victory in 2028 – NPP’s Palgrave Boakye-Danquah
Dr. Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, National Coordinator of the OAK (Ohene Agyapong Kennedy) movement, has argued that the word “motherfucker” is not necessarily a profane term but can be considered acceptable slang in certain contexts, especially in the United States and at the United Nations.

His comments were in response to remarks by private legal practitioner and former Abuakwa South MP, Atta Akyea, who had advised NPP delegates not to choose Kennedy Agyapong as the party’s flagbearer for the 2028 elections. Akyea said the party needed a disciplined, level-headed, and diplomatic candidate. Though he did not mention any name, Dr. Boakye-Danquah said the description was clearly targeted at Kennedy Agyapong.
Speaking to the issue, Dr. Boakye-Danquah, who described Akyea as his uncle, insisted the term should not be viewed as an insult. According to him, it represents boldness, courage, and strength when used in American political and social settings.
To support his point, he referred to the 1992 US elections, highlighting how Bill Clinton’s famous message, “It’s the economy, stupid,” helped win over voters.
“‘Motherfucker’ is not a profanity or an insult. It is acceptable slang in the US and the United Nations,” he stated. “If ‘It’s the economy, stupid’ won Clinton the elections, ‘Mother Fucker’ will secure our victory in 2028.”
He added that the use of strong language reflects courage and a willingness to confront wrongdoing.
“We need a president bold enough to speak the language of foreigners. A leader without courage cannot utter ‘Mother Fucker’ in the US. Atta Akyea knows it is not an insult, and it will win us the election,” he said.
Dr. Boakye-Danquah also suggested that Akyea’s criticism was a “stray bullet” aimed at their candidate, noting that the presidential contest is between only two people.
He called on delegates to vote massively for Kennedy Agyapong on January 31, 2026, stressing that the movement is not worried about endorsements for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. He said with over 250,000 delegates voting, the backing of a few leaders would not determine the outcome.
According to him, Kennedy Agyapong remains a strong and credible candidate capable of securing victory for the NPP in 2028…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
