Dr. Bawumia gets 47 over 47 in Ashanti Region

All forty-seven Ashanti Regional Women Organizers and their deputies have unanimously declared their support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia ahead of the January 31 presidential primaries.

The scene took place on Monday at the campaign office of the former Vice President, where the women, full of energy and confidence, chanted “NO CHANGE! NO CHANGE! STILL MAINTAIN!” as they danced and celebrated.

According to the women organizers, their endorsement comes after careful reflection on Dr. Bawumia’s leadership qualities, his record of service, and his vision for Ghana’s future, which they believe makes him the best person to lead the party.

They described Dr. Bawumia as a transformational leader, a problem-solver, and a humble statesman whose commitment to national development has remained steady.

The women praised his economic expertise and pointed to his role in pushing Ghana’s digitalisation drive, which has modernised public services, improved transparency, and created new economic opportunities for many Ghanaians.

They also noted his reputation for integrity, accessibility, and inclusive leadership, which they said has earned him respect across political and social groups.
