Bride collapses as jilted lady scatters her wedding (photos)

NIGERIA-Chaos broke out at the International Pentecostal Holiness Church in Benin City when a jilted woman stormed the wedding ceremony of her former boyfriend, whom she reportedly dated for seven years.

The angry woman, who said she had a long relationship with the groom identified as Dele, interrupted the wedding between him and his bride, Blessing, after learning about the ceremony through Facebook. She demanded that the wedding be stopped.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman arrived at the church around 6.30am in an Audi car with some heavily built men. She reportedly waited calmly until the wedding ceremony started around 12pm. Trouble started when the pastor asked if anyone objected to the union of the couple as husband and wife.

To the shock of everyone present, the fair-skinned woman loudly responded with a firm “No” and went on to explain her reasons. She claimed Dele proposed to her during their seven-year relationship, which produced no child, but later abandoned her.

“He (Dele) no longer picked my calls. He abandoned me. Why? What did I do to you?” she said.

The sudden disruption reportedly overwhelmed the bride, who collapsed on her seat. Dele was said to have broken down in tears, with his best man wiping his face with a handkerchief.

The best man was also heard saying, “Dele attended the enraged woman’s birthday party just a few weeks ago. It will surprise you to know that Dele was still going to see that girl at home. Why will you do such such thing when your wedding is around the corner?”…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
