He told me he would give me the room for free after sleeping with me – Woman drgas 52-year-old man on TV
A 52-year-old man, Agya Owusu, has issued a public apology following allegations that he engaged in a sexual relationship with a 28-year-old woman who was reportedly seeking accommodation under a sex-for-rent arrangement.

The allegations surfaced during a discussion on Sompa TV, where the woman claimed she was exploited while trying to secure a place to stay.
According to her, she met Agya Owusu while looking for a room. She alleged that he promised to give her a room rent-free if she swept the house and later demanded sex before fulfilling the agreement.
“He told me he would give me the room for free after sleeping with me,” the woman said.

The woman said she eventually got a room after Agya Owusu allegedly assured the landlord that her rent would be paid within two months. However, one month later, she was informed by the landlord that Agya Owusu had claimed she could not pay and instructed her eviction.

Agya Owusu admitted to the sexual encounter but denied owning the property, stating that he is only the caretaker.
Speaking on the programme, he apologised but insisted that there was a different agreement in place.
“I am sorry for what happened. Yes, I slept with her but the agreement was that we would also sell her phone to help pay the rent,” he said.
He explained that he took the woman to the landlord in good faith and promised her rent would be paid later. Agya Owusu, whose first child is 22, maintained that he acted in good faith.
The situation has since escalated, with the woman facing eviction and seeking compensation, accusing Agya Owusu of deception and causing emotional distress…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
