3 dead on Kumasi-Techiman road

Three people died instantly after a passenger bus crashed into a trailer truck at Sambroso in the Offinso South Municipality on January 7.

The bus, with registration number GT 5509-20, was travelling from Techiman to Kumasi when the accident happened.

The injured victims were rushed to Offinso St. Patrick Hospital and other nearby health facilities for medical attention.

The bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the mortuary of St. Patrick Hospital.

Eyewitnesses said the bus ran into the middle section of the trailer as the truck was joining the main road from a depot.
