Akosua Serwaa and Papa Shee spotted at High Court in Kumasi
The first wife of the late Highlife legend Daddy Lumba, Akosua Serwaa, has sparked speculation on social media after being seen leaving the premises of a High Court in Kumasi, leading many to wonder if a new legal case is underway.

In a video circulating online, Akosua Serwaa, dressed in all black, was seen with family friend Papa Shee exiting the High Court at Adum in Kumasi.
She was greeted by members of Team Legal Wives, a support group for her, and she smiled and thanked them for their support.
Earlier, she had visited her lawyer, William Kusi, at his office before going to the court.
“She came to greet me officially and to thank me for my services. I also gave her some legal advice. That is what the visit was about,” Kusi said in an interview with Angel FM.
This comes two days after her arrival in Ghana from Germany on January 9, 2026, where she received a warm welcome at Kotoka International Airport.

After his death, Akosua Serwaa attended his one-week observance on August 31, 2025, at the Black Star Square in Accra, before returning to Germany.
A legal dispute later arose between his two wives, Akosua Serwaa and Priscilla Ofori, popularly known as Odo Broni, over who should be recognised as his legitimate spouse.
Akosua Serwaa took the matter to the Kumasi High Court, claiming she married the late musician under German ordinance law and was therefore his only legitimate wife.
However, on November 29, 2025, the Kumasi High Court dismissed her case, ruling that she failed to prove the legitimacy of her German marriage certificate. The judge ordered that both women be recognised as the late musician’s wives.
She did not attend his highly contested funeral on December 13, 2025, but she has now reportedly planned her second trip to Ghana since his death…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
