Sad news hit Patapaa

Ghanaian musician Patapaa, born Justice Amoah, has confirmed the death of his mother.

The artiste announced the news on social media, expressing sorrow over the loss. “My heart is heavy. My love, my mother, and my world. Rest in perfect peace till we meet in heaven again,” he wrote.

Before Patapaa’s confirmation, the news was shared by Winneba-based media personality Emmanuel Kwesi Aboagye Essibu, popularly known as DJ Linguist.

In his post, he offered condolences, writing, “Ghanaian musician Patapaa loses his mum. My condolences to Patapaa and the family.”

The post included an alleged screenshot of Patapaa’s WhatsApp status showing a photo of his mother with an inscription that read, “Oh God, my life is gone. Life is not easy. God save your soul, amen.”
