Polls don’t win elections, votes do – Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum
Flagbearer hopeful for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, has downplayed the importance of opinion polls showing other aspirants in the lead.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo morning show, the former Education Minister said he remains confident in the strength of his campaign message.
“I won’t debate polls that favor others. I also have my own polls, and they indicate that delegates have accepted my message,” he stated.
Dr. Adutwum, who describes himself as a unifier, added that the only poll that truly matters is the one conducted on election day, when delegates cast their votes.
“The most important poll is the one done on election day; that is the final poll. So I’m not worried,” he said.
