Watch as angry Greater Accra Regional Minister attacks Okaikwei North MCE
The Municipal Chief Executive of Okaikwei North, Christian Tetteh Badger, endured an embarrassing moment when the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Linda Obenewaa Akweley Ocloo, made an unannounced visit to the municipality.

During the visit, the regional minister openly reprimanded the MCE for allegedly failing to put adequate measures in place for the observation of Sanitation Day.
A video from the scene shows Linda Ocloo expressing strong dissatisfaction and scolding the MCE over the situation.
“In this district, we have a lot of issues as far as sanitation is concerned, and even this morning attests to that fact. As MCE, you said you don’t know that today is Sanitation Day. It’s your MC that mobilises the people. If not your Honourable Member who mobilised, I’m not sure we’d be here even today. Meanwhile, it is your responsibility to make sure the district is clean, and that is why you are there,” she said.
“Eiii, getting a position doesn’t mean you should be relaxing in your air-conditioned office. Some of you will be in coats which you cannot breathe in,” she fumed.
She further cautioned that sanitation would be a major factor President John Dramani Mahama would use to evaluate the performance of local government appointees.
“His Excellency’s reset agenda requires that you move and get connected to the grassroots. Move around in terms of sanitation, and that’s the KPI His Excellency will be using very soon,” she added…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
