My relationship with Ben South came to an abrupt end – Actress Akua Serwaa

Ghanaian actress Akua Serwaa Blessings has opened up about why she no longer appears in skits or movies with actor and TikTok star Ben South.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut Show, monitored by DailyNewsGhana, Akua Serwaa shared how their collaboration began and what led to its break.

According to her, she first approached Ben South at the airport after recognizing his talent. Although he didn’t respond right away, he later got in touch and explained that the delay was because he was trying to find a role that would suit her.

They eventually teamed up and worked together for about a year, creating popular content that fans loved. Their on-screen chemistry quickly gained attention and built a solid following.

However, Akua Serwaa explained that their working relationship didn’t end due to any misunderstanding. Instead, it paused after Ben South relocated to Accra for personal reasons.

She added that he recently reached out again to invite her to a new production, but she couldn’t accept because she was already committed to another project in Kumasi.
