Muslim woman reveals action she would take if her husband tries to marry another wife

A Muslim woman has shared her stance on polygamy, explaining how she would respond if her husband chose to marry another wife.

Posting on X, she wrote: “I am a Muslim and if my husband wants to marry another woman, I will respectfully leave him. There’s no harm in wanting to be the only wife. Islam allows him to marry 4 wives ofc no debate on it but yes I can leave him too cuz Islam allows divorce too.”

After some users suggested she was not being a good Muslim, she responded by saying she had to follow her heart and could not bear to see a man she loves marry someone else.
