Fella Makafui was detained on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, for engaging in illegal activities involving the selling of unlicensed medicines.
ISPYGH247 issued a press release announcing Fella’s arrest.
The Food and Pharmaceuticals Authority (FDA) confirmed that Fella Makafui was charged with the sale of unregistered pharmaceuticals, misleading advertising, and the transmission of unauthorized marketing.
This arrest came quickly after a six-month monitoring operation led by ISPYGH 247.
Throughout the investigation, main investigator Akwasi Koranteng and his team of undercover journalists extensively watched Fella Makafui’s social media activities on sites like as TikTok and Instagram.
The information acquired from these platforms revealed that Fella Makafui promoted and sold a variety of unregistered health and beauty items that could hurt its users.
During her arrest, authorities seized 16 different goods from her inventory.
Well, GhPage has received exclusive information confirming that Fella has been granted bail.
According to classified information obtained from a very close source, Medikal collaborated with a team of lawyers to secure Fella’s bail.
Despite the fact that Medikal and Fella are now fighting over their $2 million Nungua property, the rapper chose to express true love for his baby mom during these tough times.
However, it is believed that Medikal chose to suspend his legal battle with Fella and show empathy in order to gain her release from police detention for the sake of their daughter.
