A circuit court Judge in Ghana have been sacked for having amorous relationship with a lady in a divorce case he was handling.
The lady, Sadia filed for a divorce against her husband and strangely the Jasikan circuit judge ended up having an affair with her.
According to his dismissal letter signed by the Chief Justice Getrude Araba Esaaba Torkornoo, the Disciplinary Committee of the Judicial Council invited him to appear before them after receiving a petition about his misconduct.
