Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo talks about the eight (8) names presented to the flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Thomas Kusi Boafo has revealed that certain specific names have been suggested and presented to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to consider from the pool, one person as a running mate.
In an interview with Isaac Oteng on the Ghana Nti show, a political talk show aired on Wontumi Radio based in Accra, Mr. Boafo stated that the names presented were Ashanti region, Eastern, and Bono region.
The names mentioned by the Chief Executive Officer of Public Sector Reforms were:
- Joseph Osei-Owusu
- Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu
- Yaw Osei Adutwum
- Matthew Opoku Prempeh
- Henry Kwabena Kokofu
- Bryan Acheampong
- Dan Botwe
- Ignatius Baffour-Awuah
