The Ministry of Education has made access to the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) free. This eliminates the need for candidates to purchase pin codes. Also, it makes access to the CSSPS easier for all.
The results for the Basic Education Certificate Examinations was released on 19 October 2024. Even though Creative Arts and Design examination results are still pending, the Ministry of Education has put in place necessary measures to ensure students are placed in schools they selected. This is to help students to commence the 2024/2025 academic year without delays.
The process to check for school placement is easy and have been outlined below. All you need is a device with good internet connection.
1. Visit the official website at https://www.cssps.gov.gh or https://www.cssps.org. (Head Masters should use, hm.cssps.gov.gh)
2. Enter your ten-digit index number, followed by “24” to indicate the year of completion (for example, 123456789024)
3. Click “Submit” and wait for the placement result to be displayed.
The Ministry encourages all eligible students to take advantage of this supportive initiative to access their placement results.
