Chelsea are looking to hire new £250,000 role to help with summer revamp

Chelsea are reportedly advertising for the hire of a new role, according to a report this afternoon.

In this particular role, the candidate has a chance of earning a £250,000 salary and it sounds like it’s going to be a very important role.

According to The Daily Mail, Chelsea’s ever-evolving medical department is set for another addition with the club now seeking a new head of performance medicine amid a Premier League season plagued by injuries.

Chelsea are looking to replace medical director Dimitrios ‘Dimi’ Kalogiannidis, who recently left after 14 years at the club.

As well as assessing injuries and sorting rehab schedules, the winning candidate will also help oversee the medicals of new signings as Chelsea look to add to their squad this summer, despite the outside world insisting they need to sell to pass financial rules.

So anyone with the right qualifications, might want to keep an eye on the Chelsea website for a new role being advertised!
