Start with hydration. Drink plenty of clean water throughout the day to support healthy sperm production and keep your body functioning well. Combine this with a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, including zinc, selenium, vitamin C, and folate, which are found in leafy greens, eggs, fish, nuts, and fruits such as oranges and berries. These nutrients protect sperm from damage and improve count and motility.
