Do not use Ken Agyapong – NPP warned again

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the founder and leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, has issued a strong warning to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) against choosing Kennedy Agyapong as its flagbearer for the 2028 general elections. According to him, such a move would result in a crushing defeat for the party.

In a message posted on social media on June 25, 2025, the prophet said he had received a revelation from God indicating that the NPP would face its “worst ever defeat” if the former Assin Central MP was selected to lead the party.

“Make a mistake and make Ken Agyapong your flagbearer and you won’t even get 30 percent; the Lord told me NPP will have the worst ever defeat if they try him. I saw a lot of maggots and flies around him, spiritually.”

Prophet Gaisie, who has long been a critic of Kennedy Agyapong due to the politician’s strong opposition to Ghanaian prophets and charismatic pastors, accused him of putting the lives of many clergymen in danger through what he described as lies and careless talk.

“You can’t attack the churches of God and innocent prophets and expect to be flagbearer. Okay… we are waiting. God has spoken to us. We are waiting for the right time to speak and work. We will prove the power of God and the prophets,” he warned.

He further claimed that some of his fellow prophets had lost their lives as a direct result of Agyapong’s public attacks.

“Some of my prophet friends have died because of your lies, attacks, and loose talk. We are watching and waiting for the right time to strike.”

The preacher went as far as to label Kennedy Agyapong as “an anti-Christ,” adding that the Christian community and prophetic leaders across the country are spiritually ready to resist his leadership bid.

“We have covenants with God, and it will be provoked. Ghana belongs to God. The prophets and the churches are waiting for him.”
