However, the downside can be significant if the one meal doesn’t provide enough nutrients. Your body needs vitamins, minerals, protein, fats, and carbs to function well. Eating just once might leave you deficient in key nutrients over time, causing fatigue, dizziness, or weakened immunity. It could also slow down your metabolism or lead to overeating during that one meal, straining your digestive system.
