There may be more than one reason, but it is important to understand why African men are sometimes seen as violent and sexually repressed.

In Africa, where droughts and famines are common, people with strong bodies are respected because they are thought to be healthy and wealthy, even though this is not always true. Girls who play full-court styles are seen as more mature and capable.

Some men believe that even if they find the right woman, she may not be able to have healthy children. The idea that a woman’s fertility and femininity can be judged by the size of her waist and breasts comes from certain traditional beliefs.

Another group of wise Africans says that women are beautiful and smart in ways that are hard to believe. Some people think girls with defined bodies look younger and slimmer than they actually are. Some men confuse casual dating with serious relationships.

Young girls between 12 and 15 may appear delicate and youthful. Subcutaneous fat is believed to enhance their appearance and give them a more lasting look. Africans see this shape as a sign of a woman’s strength and protection.

Some people also find white or light-skinned women more attractive, believing they are purer. Others may think light-skinned women are lazy or less capable of giving their children a good start in life. However, many men acknowledge that women today are able to take care of children well.

African women are known for being strong and managing both their homes and fields, as they have done for centuries. People expect women in the future to be both attractive and resilient. This reflects the desire of young African men to be taken seriously. The belts that men wear in Africa often symbolize this.

Most African men still value youth over adulthood, so they seek more complete ways to date and be in a relationship. The media also plays a role. Many TV ads and music videos, especially those aimed at African audiences, reinforce certain ideals.
