Gary Lineker lists six unique qualities Arsenal striker, Viktor Gyokeres possesses

Former England striker Gary Lineker has highlighted six key qualities of Arsenal forward Viktor Gyokeres.

Gyokeres has gone six games without scoring for the Premier League side but has managed three goals in all competitions so far this season.

Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, Lineker said the 27-year-old Swedish striker offers Arsenal a new dimension in attack by providing a threat in behind and creating space for the midfielders and wide players.

The former Barcelona star added that Gyokeres is aggressive with his movement, enjoys spinning off defenders, and consistently attacks space inside the box.

Lineker said: “I think that, even though he is not banged loads of goals in yet, Viktor Gyokeres gives them something different.

“He gives them a threat behind, which creates more space for the midfield and even the wide players, and he’s aggressive with his running and he likes to spin and he attacks the space in the box.

“The goals will come for him because of the service that he will inevitably get, particularly now Bukayo Saka is back in the mix and looks like his old self after his injury.”…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
