Chiana-Paga: NDC PC supports rehabilitation of Amenga-Etego Basic School in Bembisi with Ghc2,000

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate (PC) in the Chiana-Paga Constituency, Nikyema Billa Alamzy, has donated GHC 2,000.00 in cash to support residents of the Bembisi community in uplifting their educational infrastructure.

The funds, according to him, were to support the renovation of the Amenga-Etego basic school, which has been grappling with a lack of basic developmental amenities for several years.

The Amenga-Etego basic school, with a student population of 301, has faced persistent challenges in providing a conducive learning environment for its students.

The lack of adequate facilities has hindered the academic progress of the students, making the need for renovations and improvements paramount.

During a homecoming celebration in the Bembisi community, Nikyema Billa Alamzy addressed the residents and expressed his commitment to the educational development of the area.

He emphasized the importance of investing in schools and promised continued support if given the mandate to represent the constituency in the upcoming 2024 elections.

The residents, grateful for the timely and much-needed assistance, extended their appreciation to the parliamentary candidate.

They assured him that the donated funds would be judiciously used for the renovation of the Amenga-Etego basic school.

The residents also acknowledged the importance of education in the community and highlighted the positive impact such initiatives would have on the future of the students.
