Graves of two helicopter crash victims causes stir online (VIDEO)

Two of the eight victims of the tragic military helicopter crash near Obuasi will be laid to rest on Sunday, August 10.

According to the funeral committee, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Murtala, Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, and Alhaji Muniru Limuna Mohammed, Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator, will be buried in line with Islamic customs.

A statement from the Presidency on Saturday, August 9, 2025, said the two would be laid to rest in Accra after the burial rites.

Their Janazah prayers, also known as Salat al-Janazah, will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Forecourt of the State House in Accra, followed by burial at 2:30 p.m. at the Military Cemetery in the capital…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
