Hearts of Oak have initiated discussions to sign former Legon Cities midfielder Michel Otou as they aim to strengthen their squad in the ongoing transfer window.
The Phobians are keen to secure the services of the 26-year-old defensive midfielder and have opened talks with his representatives for a potential deal.
Otou is currently in negotiations with the club regarding personal terms, with discussions reportedly at an advanced stage.
Previously the captain of Inter Allies, Otou is now a free agent following his departure from Ethiopian side Hawassa City FC.
He was a transfer target for Hearts of Oak before the start of last season, prior to his move to Hawassa City.
