So, if you are joining the Ghana National Fire Service as a WASSCE recruit, expect your salary to fall within ¢1,700 — ¢2,500 per month. You may also get some bonuses. Additional benefits may include feeding allowance, medical care, accommodations, uniform allowance, and risk allowance.
This is for a newly recruited WASSCE certificate holder. The more you gain experience, the higher your salary increases. After five years of service, expect to earn an average salary of ¢3,000 per month.
