He’s facing health challenge, please, save him – Prophet Oduro begs Mahama to pardon Ato Essien
Prophet Kofi Oduro, founder and leader of Alabaster International Ministry, has made a passionate appeal to President John Dramani Mahama to grant clemency to jailed businessman and founder of the defunct Capital Bank, William Ato Essien.
The outspoken preacher described Ato Essien as a highly intelligent individual who, in his view, should not be serving time in prison.
In a post shared by popular X account Edhub, Prophet Oduro urged the President to consider including Ato Essien in this year’s list of pardoned individuals.
“Ato Essien is too intelligent for prison, and right now he’s facing a health challenge. Please, could he be added to those to be pardoned this year?” Prophet Oduro is quoted as saying.
