Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions.
- Drive talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Analyse HR metrics to Inform decision-making and drive
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Ghana employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM-CO or CIPD are a plus
- Lead and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a strong company culture.
