The team will be co-chaired by Hon. Julius Debrah, a seasoned politician and former Chief of Staff, who will lead the effort to coordinate the transition process. The following key members have been appointed to support the team’s objectives:

- Hon. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey: An influential figure in Ghanaian politics known for his expertise in finance and policy-making.
