Lady unalived two children of her friend
In a sad turn of events, a lady has narrated how she lost two of her three children after they were given po!soned jollof by her neighbour who stays in the same house with them.
This lady indicated that she went to work, and when she returned, she saw her children lying on the floor, lifeless. She initially thought they were sleeping; however, after further probing, she sensed danger. She was able to partly revive her eldest daughter, who told her that they felt weak when their neighbour gave them jollof. She then sent these kids to the hospital with the help of other neighbours; however, she lost two of her children, and her eldest daughter is currently in a coma, battling for her life.
The story was shared on the popular social media platform Facebook, and it reads:
‘Yesterday, rushing home to rest after work. As soon as I opened the gate, I saw my 6-year-old daughter lying on the veranda. The door was wide open. I rushed closer, thinking she was asleep, but she wasn’t moving. My heart stopped. I ran inside, past her, to get water &that’s when I saw my other 2 girls. My 4-year-old was also unconscious, & my 9-year-old, the oldest, was weak & fading fast. It was pure, absolute horror. My husband wasn’t back from work. Confused & pan!cking, I scrambled to check on them.
I managed to ask my oldest daughter what happened. With a weak voice, she pointed & whispered that our next-door neighbor the single mother with the 3-year-old boy had given them food. She said the neighbor asked her to bring over an empty plate. She returned with Jollof rice. And about 10 minutes after they ate, all 3 girls started screaming about terr!ble stomach aches. Still, shaking, confused & not knowing what exactly to do at that moment, i screamed for help.
A few neighbors came out after hearing my voice but the specific lady did not show up. They supported me & we rushed them all to the hospital immediately. At the hospital, I received the news no mother should ever hear: My two little girls, my 4-year-old & my 6-year-old, have passed away. They are gone.
The doctors later tested the rice they ate & confirmed it was laced with ‘pyozn’. My eldest daughter is the only one left, but she’s still fighting. She is currently in a coma, & every minute feels like forever.
The police interviewed the neighbor, but she denies everything. She claims she never gave the children food & didn’t even cook Jollof rice that day. They searched her house, but found nothing to prove her guilty. She’s insisted she never gave my children food, meanwhile my daughter told me she did before she passed out. i don’t even know what els to do concerning the case as I’m left confused …
I am completely lost and br0ken. My oldest daughter is ly!ng there fighting for her life. She is the only one I have left.
