Man expresses concern over President Mahama’s dressing at international events

President John Mahama attended the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.

However, his choice of outfit at the international event has sparked mixed reactions online. A Facebook user raised concerns about the president’s appearance, suggesting that his attire did not reflect the image of a head of state representing Ghana on the world stage.

The comments came after President Mahama was seen wearing a locally designed outfit during a summit for African countries, a side event organized by the United Nations.

According to the user, the president’s outfit made him appear “too ordinary” for such a high-level global event.

He wrote, “I have serious concern with the President’s dress code at the world stage. I know they will come and insult me, but let’s have a second look at this. He is representing Ghana at the world stage and he cannot represent ‘The Republic of Ghana’ looking too ordinary. Ahhh well!”
