NDC, NPP have been useless – Former Chief of Defence Staff

Former Chief of Defence Staff, Joseph Nunoo-Mensah believes the New Patriotic Party and the National Democratic Congress haven’t been useful to Ghana.

He says there is nothing to point to that has aided the development of the country which was spearheaded by the leading political parties.

“What can you point out? For 32 years the road at Labadi and Winneba has been a disaster. I was a national advisor for three years and God took Mills away and Mahama took over and see what happened.

I am a disappointed person. I thought Ghana would be a better place than we are today but it hasn’t. It is about time young people change. The time to change is now,” he said.

Ben Nunoo-Mensah used the opportunity to show his support for Nana Kwame Bediako likening him to Dr Kwame Nkrumah who came back to Ghana and assembled a team that won the Independence of the country.
