No woman can stop a man from cheating
Counsellor Cyril George Lutterodt has once again sparked a heated discussion on GHOne TV during an interview on the topic of infidelity.
The interview, monitored by MyNewsGH, saw the renowned relationship expert share his thoughts on cheating, relationships, and the role of finances in sustaining multiple relationships.
When asked about infidelity in marriages, Lutterodt did not hold back. “There is nothing a woman can do to stop a man from cheating, not even his wife,” he boldly declared.
His statement echoed his frequent stance that men and women have fundamentally different approaches to relationships, with men often being predisposed to straying, regardless of their partner’s actions.
The interviewer then pressed Lutterodt about his own personal life, asking if he had a mistress.
With a grin, he firmly denied it, but his response took a surprising turn when he added, “Once I have enough money, I will have a mistress. And I’ll make sure the whole of Ghana knows about it.”
This comment raised eyebrows, as it suggested that, for Lutterodt, infidelity wasn’t just a private affair but something he would proudly display, provided his financial situation allowed it.
“You need money to maintain multiple relationships,” he explained further. “It’s an expensive lifestyle, and if you can’t afford it, then don’t even think about it.”
The counsellor’s comments also delved into the reality of how men often balance relationships.
“Cheating is not a walk in the park. It requires a lot of resources. It’s not just about the time, but the money too,” he noted, acknowledging that maintaining multiple romantic entanglements comes with financial responsibilities that not everyone is equipped to handle.
