Prophet Kumchacha caught copying tribute in Daddy Lumba’s Book of Condolence

A video circulating online has sparked widespread amusement and criticism after Prophet Nicholas Osei—commonly known as Prophet Kumchacha—was seen copying someone else’s message while signing the book of condolence at the residence of the late highlife legend Daddy Lumba.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 29, when Kumchacha visited the musician’s East Legon home to pay his respects following Daddy Lumba’s passing on July 26.

As he attempted to pen a tribute, video footage shows him glancing at a previous entry and tracing the exact wording onto a new page, apparently copying word-for-word from another visitor’s message.
