Reason why women of this tribe sing during sex
The Himba are a nomadic tribe in northern Namibia. They look different from other people and have a tradition of applying a paste called Otjize on their skin and hair.

During dry periods when water is scarce, this paste helps clean the skin and protects it from the weather and insects. The Himba are also known for warmly welcoming guests, often allowing their wives to host visitors.
The Himba have a unique belief about how babies are made. They believe a spirit baby singing a special song brings babies to the womb, rather than sperm and egg coming together. A woman about to give birth may also hear this music.
This ritual is performed by a woman who wants to become pregnant. She makes a bed under a palm tree on a windy day, listens to the wind, and learns the song of the spirit baby who wishes to be born at that time.
