See Whatsapp status of 200 level student moments before she died surfaced

The WhatsApp status of Salamat, a 200 level student of the Department of Chemistry Education, who died alongside four others after a pedestrian bridge collapsed at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU Gubi Campus, on Monday night, August 5, during a heavy downpour, has suggested that she may have had a premonition about her death.

A screenshot of the WhatsApp status shared online by her friends showed Salamat making reference to going to heaven and sleeping peacefully. Salamat and some colleagues were studying in a classroom around 10pm before deciding to return to their hostel as the weather became windy.

Shortly before using the pedestrian bridge where she later drowned, Salamat updated her WhatsApp status.

In her words;

“My degree will not go up with me to heaven. Therefore, I will not come and kill myself over school. If I don’t know it by 11.30pm, I am resting my head peacefully on my pillow and going to sleep” she wrote…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
