Squadron Leader Peter Anala’s wife is unable to talk after the crash – Brother opens up
The elder brother of Squadron Leader Peter Bafemi Anala, one of the eight people who lost their lives in the Ghana Armed Forces helicopter crash on August 6, has spoken publicly about the tragedy.

In an interview with Channel One TV on August 7, Marshall Anala said the death of his youngest brother has deeply affected the family.
He revealed that since the news broke, Peter Anala’s widow has not been able to speak.
Marshall recalled that his late brother’s last visit to his wife was in June this year, and he had been planning another trip to the UK for their newborn’s christening.
“The last visit was around, the last time they really met was around the 15th of June, and he was planning to go back for the christening of the baby. Unfortunately, this happened. It has not been easy. In fact, she’s not able to talk, and looking at the UK system, where friends and family cannot sit with you, it’s really difficult. She has a few friends who are trying to keep up with her, and we are seeing how we are able to coordinate to get her to really take things through, especially with regards to the baby.
