Trending video of young boy in disbelieve after checking his BECE results

A young Ghanaian boy, who agreed that his elder brother could check his 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results for him, is trending online.

The video, sighted by DailyNewsGhana on the TikTok page of @perry.strife, showed the JHS graduate arriving home, only to be told that he had not excelled in the BECE.

His facial expression changed immediately after he was told he had bagged an aggregate of 45 in the exam. His twin sister, who also sat for the BECE, similarly failed to secure a single-digit aggregate.
