Upper West Coordinators dumps Kennedy Agyapong for Bryan Acheampong

In a major development, several coordinators across the eleven constituencies in the Upper West Region have switched their support from Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to Dr Bryan Acheampong, adding to the growing list of endorsements he has received during his northern tour.

At Gwollu on Tuesday, during Dr Bryan Acheampong’s engagement with delegates in the Sissala West constituency, spokespersons Sidik Marikz, Abdul Moomin Haruna, Tahiru Tampoure Ibrahim, and Mubashiru Nuhu announced their decision to back him.

They said the New Patriotic Party needs fresh leadership and a new direction. According to them, after listening to Dr Bryan Acheampong’s vision during his engagements in the north, they are convinced he is the right person to unite the party, rebuild its structures, and properly resource it.

Their declaration was met with loud applause from the delegates, showing the increasing support for Dr Bryan Acheampong’s campaign.
