VIDEO: Stay away from me’ – KT Hammond warns NDC’s Godwin Animli
Former Member of Parliament for Adansi Asokwa, KT Hammond, has issued a stern warning to his successor, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) MP Godwin Animli Dorghadzi-Dorani, urging him to stop mentioning his name in public discussions.

According to KT Hammond, the current MP should focus on the development of the constituency rather than constantly referring to him in his public comments.
Speaking in an interview on Oyerepa TV on October 27, 2025, Hammond stated, “I always say that about 7,000 people didn’t vote… the guy, if he is having a headache, he should keep quiet and stay away from talking about me.”
His comments came after Dorghadzi-Dorani’s earlier appearance on the same station, where he accused KT Hammond of disrespecting the people of Adansi Asokwa during his time as their representative in Parliament.
The NDC MP alleged that the former lawmaker failed to engage the community with respect and often dismissed their concerns.
According to Dorghadzi-Dorani, KT Hammond once told some residents who needed toilet facilities to go to his mother’s house if they wanted to use a restroom.
KT Hammond, however, rejected these allegations, insisting that he did not lose his seat because of disrespect but rather because about 7,000 people chose not to vote.
He went on to question Dorghadzi-Dorani’s background, alleging that the current MP was previously a teacher who was dismissed under questionable circumstances.
“Ask him what led to his dismissal as a teacher. Why did he run away from Fomso after the election?” he asked.
KT Hammond further warned that he might take legal action against Dorghadzi-Dorani if the attacks on his character continue…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
