Watch as pastor bathes his members with bottles of soft drinks

A video currently trending on social media shows a pastor pouring soft drinks such as Coke and Fanta on his church members while anointing them.

The footage, which has sparked outrage online, captures church members lined up with bottles of soft drinks, waiting their turn as the pastor opens each bottle and empties the contents on them.

The video was shared by Jackson Ude, who captioned it:

“Just take a look at how some Africans have reduced Christianity to a comedy show. Everything is now used to perform ‘miracles.’ Poverty has consumed our brains; we no longer think.
