A man of God who also happens to be a landlord has stirred controversy after revealing that he prefers traditional means of punishing people over relying on God’s timing.

In an interview with MFK on Lawson Afisem, the pastor made a shocking confession: he’s well known in his household and among close friends for cursing people who offend him, especially his tenants.

According to him, he doesn’t hesitate to curse anyone who insults or challenges his authority. He boldly claimed to have cursed many individuals over time, and even went as far as saying that his curses have led people to their graves.

He recalled one particular case involving a female tenant who he said insulted and disrespected him. After the confrontation, he placed a curse on her. Though the woman later returned to apologise, he said she still died afterwards—something he attributed to the effectiveness of his curse.

When the host asked why, as a man of God, he wouldn’t rather leave such matters in the hands of God, he responded that God’s punishments take too long, and he doesn’t have the patience to wait.

What shocked many viewers even more was his admission that he doesn’t rely solely on his words. He revealed that he invokes the power of foreign deities to make sure his curses take effect quickly.

His statements have drawn heavy criticism online, with many questioning the spiritual integrity of someone who claims to be a man of God but openly admits to using traditional deities for revenge.
