Watch what Ghanaians did to the Jollof after IShowSpeed backflips into it

Darren Watkins Jr., popularly known as IShowSpeed, had an eventful visit to Ghana, but an incident at the Independence Square has continued to spark reactions online.

He visited the country on January 26, 2026, as part of his “Speed Does Africa” tour, a 28-day trip across about 20 African countries that began in late December 2025.

As part of Ghanaian hospitality, a large bucket of freshly prepared Ghanaian jollof rice was cooked for him as a cultural welcome.

What was meant to be a fun moment, however, quickly became awkward when IShowSpeed, acting on impulse and responding to the crowd’s energy, performed a backflip straight into the bucket of jollof rice.

Later, another video emerged showing several Ghanaians at the Independence Square rushing to eat the same jollof rice despite what had happened moments earlier, reigniting conversations on social media…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
