We need every idea, every voice – Bawumia tells NPP
Former Vice President and newly elected New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has appealed to party members to put aside their differences and unite behind a shared goal as the party prepares for the next general elections.

Speaking at the party’s headquarters in Accra after his official declaration as flagbearer on Saturday, January 31, Dr Bawumia urged supporters and party faithful to drop any reservations and work together, stressing that unity is essential to protecting the party’s values and strengthening its future.
“Let go whatever reservations they have and come together. We need every idea, every voice and every piece of advice to help us preserve and project a proud tradition bequeath to us by our forebears,” he said.
Dr Bawumia reminded party members that internal contests and disagreements are part of Ghanaian politics, noting that the NPP has faced similar situations in the past and emerged stronger each time.
“United we stand and divided we fall. Let me remind you, dear party members, that whatever we’ve gone through during the past few months is not new in the politics of Ghana. We have been through this on a number of occasions and on each of them we have shown that we have the resilience and fortitude to overcome and even emerge stronger, and herein lies the opportunity,” he added…CONTINUE MORE READING>>>
