We will not let you turn us into cowards – NPP’s George Akom slams NDC

A communicator for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), George Akom, has stated that the true intentions of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will soon be revealed to Ghanaians.

Speaking on Wontumi TV’s morning show, Akom said “the reality will soon dawn on the NDC,” asserting that the party’s actions and mindset toward the country will no longer remain hidden from the public.

According to him, the NDC is misleading the nation with deceptive strategic plans, especially in the economic sector. He added that the party’s negative agenda and lack of transparency will eventually be exposed, and Ghanaians will come to see their true motivations.

Akom cited the success of the government’s drone delivery initiative as an example of the NPP’s commitment to national development. He noted that students in his constituency were able to sit for their exams on time due to the timely delivery of exam materials through drone technology, a policy introduced by the current administration.

In closing, Akom urged Ghanaians to remain vigilant and to speak out when things go wrong under any government.

“We must not be cowards. As citizens, we have a responsibility to hold leaders accountable and speak up when necessary,” he emphasized.
